Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Since payments are processed securely through Google Play Store, users can cancel auto-renewal at any time with zero cancellation fees by following these steps:

• Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
• Tap your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
• Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Select Khonglei Matam and tap Cancel subscription.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team at LAtech, and we will guide you through the cancellation process.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your Pro subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for future billing cycles.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Situations

We provide refunds under the following circumstances:

• Multiple / Duplicate Charges: If your bank account or payment method was billed more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Technical Malfunction: If an in-app purchase was deducted from your account, but the digital service / Pro features were not unlocked after contacting support.
• Unauthorized Transactions: In cases of proven fraudulent or accidental transactions reported within 48 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of mind after using the digital Pro features.
• Partial refunds for unused days within an active monthly or multi-month billing cycle.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Processing & Settlement

Approved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) via our authorized payment partners (including BillDesk / Google Play) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank's settlement cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing inquiry, please email us with your registered mobile number, email address, transaction reference ID, and date of purchase.
